Left, right, repeat

Selecta returns to The Blue Moon for another Extended Dance version.

The last party saw some incredible music played from across the spectrum - african obscurities, dancehall heaters, bad pop remixed into good shape, evergreen disco and everything to fill the spaces in between... Superbroad.

This time round, your resident selectors are joined by Darren Woods whose 50/60s jukebox jam 45s are guaranteed to make you buss a dance one time.

We hope you'll join us for our last dance of the year (it's free entry) and maybe even pop a few quid in the bucket for Romsey Mill who do excellent work for Cambridge's young folk.

Lineup:

Mr Woods
Fred Naked
Le Jazz
Crump

Happening at

 The Blue Moon
2 Norfolk Street, CB1 2LF Cambridge, United Kingdom

Thursday August 4th - 6-10pm - Relevant Records Cafe, Mill Road, Cambridge

Please join us for the latest chapter in the Selecta story. Joining residents Andy Barlow and Peter Le Jazz will be Matthew Stancombe and Paul Darking, who both have mountains of lovely records so it should be fun. As always entry is free, tea, coffee, cake, soft drinks, beer and cocktails will be available and there's a record shop downstairs.#

Next week, guess the promotion engine should start up. You all know Paul from good times and I'm as keen as anyone to hear what he's going to share. Me, I've not decided yet what I'll bring to play but definitely leaning towards the sleepy end of the spectrum - it's okay though - it's a coffee shop!
